Carl H. Dubac, David L. Shumaker, and Sidney S. Cox, the three founders of DCS Corp, made a dedicated commitment at its inception to technical excellence and employee empowerment.
In 1977, these founders pledged to build a company that would attract smart, inventive people to work on technical problems providing products and services that would positively impact the well-being of the nation. To this day, one of the founders, Carl Dubac (Chairman Emeritus), still stands before our employees to teach the founding core values of being an employee-oriented company, offering quality services with integrity and honor. By 1986, DCS was able to establish an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) so that all employees could experience the pride of ownership.
The formula of an integrity based, employee-owned company has been a success, demonstrating steady growth year after year. From that small beginning, DCS has emerged as a respected mid-tier company and a recognized leader as a services provider in our market space.
