Our technical recruiters and operations managers attend a variety of industry, military, and competency-specific career fairs throughout the country. Our goal is to speak individually to each attendee who has an interest in becoming a significant contributor to the success of DCS. In order to help you achieve the most memorable interaction with our staff, we offer suggestions on how to prepare for one of the events listed below.
Prior to attending a career fair where you will be speaking with a DCS Corp representative, we ask that you first spend time researching the positions on the Careers page, and submit your resume for only those positions for which you feel most qualified. At the fair, introduce yourself as a DCS Corp applicant and discuss with a representative the position(s) you’re interested in. The representative can address with you a hiring timeline for the specific position you discuss.
Arriving at a career fair prepared to speak directly to a position creates a powerful statement regarding your level of interest as a potential DCS employee-owner. The initiative shown in your research will help to associate you with your application, and increase the visibility of your resume.
