Internal Resources DCS Corp Employees Utilize

DCS Corp employees enjoy a wide variety of internal resources to assist in file sharing, communications, and information dissemination. Our robust corporate intranet is kept up to date with the latest news and information regarding all areas of interest to our employees. Company newsletters, employee surveys, and event schedules are available and provided as both a resource and as a way of uniting our geographically dispersed workforce.

Our internal resources are not simply for sharing information. DCS University encompasses resources available for professional growth and development, career planning, and manager development. DCS employees are able to use our Learning Management System (LMS) to further advance their professional goals with both in-house coursework and third party vendor programs.

Benefits-related resources include a catastrophic leave program, an Employee Assistance Program, and our Employee Advisory Committee, which includes employee representatives from all locations. All of these DCS resources are focused on our employees and their well-being.

DCS consciously strives to enhance our reputation for quality and innovation in our work. We have developed resources to support these objectives. An example of this is our Quality Management System (QMS) that is certified and audited annually to the ISO 9001:2008 standard as validation that we are achieving our quality goals. The QMS ensures that our processes and procedures continually improve the quality of our service to our customers. DCS is also developing internal resources for Technology, Systems Engineering, and Cost Estimation, accessible to all employees via our DCS Corp intranet.
