DCS Corp Wins Diversity Spirit Achievement Award

DCS Corp was honored by the Diversity Recruiter’s Network with the Diversity Spirit Achievement Award in recognition of the company’s diversity recruiting program. The award recognizes individuals, corporations and government officials for their accomplishments and outstanding support of diversity in the workplace and community. The nomination criteria include having vision and creativity to help promote diversity on a national and global level.

DCS continues to expand outreach efforts to find and recruit from a broad range of backgrounds. The company supports a number of diversity job fairs. The company also focuses advertising and other recruiting efforts toward opportunities for increasing the overall diversity within the organization. In addition, the recruiting staff participates in various professional associations such as Women in Defense and Society of Women Engineers.
