DCS Corporation Wins Mission Planning Enterprise Contract (MPEC) II Award

ALEXANDRIA, VA - June 28, 2010 – DCS Corporation, headquartered in Alexandria, VA, announced today that the company has received an award under the U.S. Air Force’s Mission Planning Enterprise Contract (MPEC) II, which provides aircraft mission planning support.

DCS Corp is eligible to bid on individual delivery orders under MPEC II’s indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. The total value of the multiple-award contract is up to approximately $920M over 10 years. MPEC II will provide future mission planning software development, maintenance, and integration to the Department of Defense Mission Planning Enterprise. The enterprise encompasses partnering organizations in the US Air Force, Navy, Army, and Special Operations Command.

Work awarded under the contract will be completed in Lexington Park, MD, by DCS Corp’s Decision Support Division, whose software engineering processes received a CMMI Level 3 Maturing Rating in 2009.
