
Carl Dubac
Chairman of the Board
As a founder of the company, Mr. Dubac has spent the past three decades
building DCS Corporation into a technology leader for the Department of
Defense.
Thanks to his leadership, DCS has become known for its innovative vision,
ethical practices and state-of-the-art defense systems support. As Chairman of
the Board since 1986, Mr. Dubac provides strategic guidance and leadership to
the Corporation of more than 600 personnel. Mr. Dubac's overall experience
included:

Chief of Naval Operations Development Manager for air armament and ordnance
systems. Major programs managed included A-6, HARM, FAE II, BIGEYE, AIR,
BULLDOG, MAVERICK, weapon fuses, aircraft guns, airborne radars, and Advanced
Armament/Armament Management Systems.

Marine Corps Development Center Manager/Engineer of air armament systems such
as: Ground Control Bombing Systems, A-6 RADFAC Bombing System, Laser Guided
Weapons, Laser Designator/Rangers, Conventional Weapon Improvements and Air
Control/Armament Management Systems.

Naval Air Test Center Project Manager, Director, Engineer, Test Pilot for such
programs as A-4, A-6,F-4,F-8 and related aircraft weapon armament and avionics
systems.

Over twenty five years with DCS as Chairman of the Board, President, and Senior
Program Manager/Engineer on projects providing engineering and management
analyses under Government contract to tactical aircraft programs and
air-to-ground weapons improvement programs.
