David Russell
Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Russell has served as the Chief Operations Officer of DCS since October 2002. He previously was Senior Vice President of DCS' Navy and Air Force business sector, responsible for the P&L of a $25 million business unit. Mr. Russell is a professional with over twenty years of progressively more responsible line management experience with a leader in the knowledge based products and services industry. Mr. Russell currently manages more than 600 degreed professionals in technical fields that include computer sciences, engineering, and the physical sciences.

Mr. Russell's outstanding organizational and management abilities have resulted in consistent performance in meeting revenue and profit goals. His excellent strategic vision and staffing skills have developed a cadre of managers able to successfully launch the company into new revenue areas, and his business acumen has resulted in the development of relationships with major government contractors in DCS' business sectors.

His expertise includes success in a P&L environment, organizational and process re-engineering, and business growth. As an innovative people and results-oriented manager who works to exacting standards, Mr. Russell is able to meet critical deadlines in a dynamic, mission-oriented environment.

Prior to joining DCS, Mr. Russell worked as Senior Vice President and Director of the SWL division of GRCI International.
