
DCS recognizes the complexities of balancing work and family and offers
policies and benefits to maintain that balance. You’ll find DCS’ benefits to be
some of the most progressive in the industry, tailored to the needs of our
employees and their families. The benefits package at DCS represents a
significant part of our employees' total compensation package.
As the overall benefits package does vary from year to year, use this
information as a guide to your search. Your actual benefits package will be
defined in your employment acceptance package.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
The ESOP is a company-funded deferred compensation plan to earn
ownership in DCS. Every employee over the age of 21 becomes part of the ESOP on
the first entry date (June 1 or December 1) following completion of one year of
service during which 1,000 hours of service have been attained. Each year the
company intends to contribute shares of company stock or cash to the ESOP.
Contributions vest on a graduated basis to 100% at seven years of service.

Deferred Salary/Profit Sharing Plan — 401(k)
Our Deferred Salary/Profit Sharing Plan provides retirement
benefits to employees. There is no vesting schedule to the Company's
contributions to your 401(k). DCS contributes from three to six percent (3-6%)
of base salary on a graduated schedule starting the first of the month
following date of hire. All full and part-time employees are eligible to
participate. All contributions to the plan are invested in various investment
funds according to the employee's direction. Additionally, employees may also
contribute pre-tax monies to their 401(k) account immediately upon employment,
up to the IRS-specified yearly limit.

Bonus Incentive Program (BIP)
Significant efforts of individual employees are recognized
through the Bonus Incentive Program. A BIP recipient receives not only the
professional accolades of coworkers and a plaque, but a monetary award of up to
$5000. The BIP is open to all non-management employees in the company.

Employee Referral Program
Employees are eligible for a referral bonus if they refer a
candidate to DCS that is hired. Currently, the referral bonus ranges from $750
to $3500.

Comprehensive Medical
DCS offers a self-insured group health plan that offers a PPO
network. Effective date of coverage is the first day of the month following
date of employment. The medical plan includes a prescription drug benefit.

Dental Benefits
Coverage is 100% for preventive care; 80% for general
maintenance; and 50% for prosthetic services.

Flexible Medical Spending Account (FSA)
Pre-tax benefits are available for medical ($4000 annual
maximum) or dependent care ($5000 annual maximum).

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Your paid time off is accrued each semi-monthly pay period, as
follows:
» Fewer than 2 years of service - 18 days per fiscal year
» More than 2, less than 10 years of service - 23 days per year
» More than 10 years of service - 28 days per year

Holidays
DCS observes ten paid federal holidays a year, four of which may
be used as floating holidays.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
DCS covers your life insurance at 2x your salary.

Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance
DCS funds this benefit entirely for you, and enrollment is
automatic. Short-term disability coverage provides 60% of your basic salary up
to a maximum of $1,500 per week. Long-term disability benefits provide 60% of
base salary up to a maximum of $10,000 per month.

Educational Assistance
All fees, books, and tuition costs will be reimbursed 100% for
approved courses (up to a maximum of $5,000) within a 12-month period. Two
courses may be taken per semester.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
DCS offers a fully-funded Employee Assistance Program to all
employees, providing 24-hour counseling assistance to employees and their
immediate family members for work or personal-related issues.

Commuting Benefits (DC Metro area)
DCS charges a nominal fee for parking in the DC Metropolitan
area. This charge is available through payroll deductions and is a pre-tax
benefit for all employees. We also offer Metrochek farecard vouchers for
pre-tax commuting transit benefit on Metrorail, MARC, VRE, Metrobus, commuter
buses, and qualified vanpools.
