College Recruiting

Each year, DCS recruits new graduates as well as full-time interns to join our teams in Alexandria, VA, Lexington Park, MD, Boston, MA, and Warren, MI. Since our corporate culture emphasizes promotion from within, we continuously recruit from major colleges and universities to find creative individuals who will become our future leaders. The technical disciplines we currently desire are:

• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Computer Science
• Math
• Physics

Eligibility to obtain a Secret Clearance is also required, as are good verbal and written communication skills.

Internships

More than just a summer job, our paid interns enjoy hands-on experience working on everything from automated test equipment and instrumentation, real-time visual simulation and databases, ship and aircraft navigation systems integration, computer based training, electro-optical systems engineering, electrical-mechanical interface design, and more.
If chosen to participate in the highly selective internship program at DCS, you'll be assigned to important company projects, across a wide variety of platforms.
