AMCOM EXPRESS Technical Domain
DCS Corp was notified on April 28, 2009 that the company was awarded an AMCOM EXPRESS Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as a Prime Contractor/Team Leader within the Technical Domain. This ID/IQ BPA covers a wide array of engineering and technical services required at the U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Life Cycle Management Command, including potential customers in PEO Aviation, PEO Missiles & Space, and the associated Research, Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC). Other agencies may participate in the future as the BRAC activities at Redstone Arsenal, AL continue to unfold.
The contract statement of work covers 27 functional specialty areas for the complete life-cycle support of all U.S. Army Aviation and Missile systems. These include: aeromechanics; guidance systems; environmental/safety; airworthiness qualification/release; electronics, avionics, visionics, and survivability equipment; industrial operations; image, seismic, acoustic, magnetic and signal processing; navigation and control; infrared, optics and laser; radio frequency technology; simulation and modeling; warheads/ weapons science; manufacturing science technology; production, software, and systems engineering; propulsion systems technology; structures and materials; tech data management; and test and evaluation. Supported systems include developmental and fielded rotary / fixed wing aviation platforms, tactical missile / rocket systems, and the associated ground support and survivability equipment used by the U.S. Army and its international customers (via foreign military sales programs). Task Orders are awarded on a competitive basis for up to a five-year period of performance.

As a result of Open Season, the team was restructured on 22 December 2009 to add companies with specific expertise that expands our inherent capability and experience to respond to all elements of the EXPRESS Technical Domain Statement of Work.
