Systems Integration

DCS Corp provides an agile and integrated response to customers focused on development and acquisition of complex systems and subsystems through our systems integration expertise. Our demonstrated ability to integrate avionics, ground vehicle electronics, hardware, and software into air and ground platforms establishes our systems integration capability. In partnership with our Government clients, our rapid prototyping environment provides customers with solutions that distinguish DCS Corp from our peers.

Our Labs

We develop and operate Systems Integration Labs for East and West-coast Naval Air Test and Evaluation squadrons and for the Army Tank and Automotive Research Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC). DCS Corp partners with our customers to provide significant benefits including independence from large aerospace and electronics corporations, increased program control, significant cost-avoidance, and expert objectivity provided by our freedom from organizational conflict of interest issues.

Our Systems Integration Solutions

DCS Corp’s professional staff is engaged in providing system-of-system solutions using open architecture designs to meet customer integration challenges. Benefits to our customer include timely, functional, creative, and cost-effective solutions. We satisfy immediate warfighter needs with rapid prototypes. We develop real-time control systems for unmanned ground vehicles, battlefield situational understanding and visualization, battle command, and C4ISR. Our expertise in systems integration is demonstrated by the following examples:

  • DCS Corp, in partnership with TARDEC in Warren, MI, designs, develops, fabricates, and integrates electro-mechanical systems providing life cycle engineering support to sustain Abrams, Stryker, and MRAP ground combat vehicles.
  • Our experts in image generation, real-time computing, software integration architectures, and human-in-the-loop 6 degree of freedom motion simulation provide systems integration support to the TARDEC Warren, MI, Ground Vehicle Simulation Laboratory. We develop real-time simulations and conduct warfighter in the loop experiments.
  • Our engineers, scientists, analysts, and technicians integrate and service mission and weapons avionics systems, sensors, and targeting systems hardware and software for F/A-18 A/B, C/D, and E/F, AV-8B, Joint Strike Fighter, and AH-1W aircraft and Unmanned Air Systems at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division in China Lake, CA.
  • DCS Corp, in partnership with NAVAIR at the Common Systems Integration Lab at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division in Patuxent River, MD, develops and integrates software from multiple manufacturers into Common Cockpit System and Common Avionics Architecture System hardware and software for independent Validation and Verification testing. Common aircraft include P-3C Orion, EP-3E Aries, C-2A Greyhound, E-2C Hawkeye 2000, CH/MH-53E Super Sea Stallion and P-8A Poseidon aircraft.
