DCS Corp supports the US Navy surface ship community at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), their field offices, and associated Program Executive Offices (PEOs). We are actively engaged in development and upgrades to legacy shipboard systems, encompassing combat systems, systems integration, and software engineering tasks. Additionally we provide Acquisition and Program Management expertise for major system/subsystem developments and future ship programs.
DCS Corp leads a team of engineers at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, with software engineering for DDG 1000 and open architecture shipboard software support. We are actively involved in software certification of shipboard Command and Control, Communications, Computer and Intelligence (C4I) systems.

We support the Communications Program Office at PEO C4I, PMW 170 (Communications). DCS Corp is the principal contractor supporting program and financial management for the Navigation Sensor System Interface (NAVSSI) system, an integrated navigation system that provides position, navigation and timing data to ship combat and C4I systems as well as the to the ship’s navigation team. We also support development of NAVSSI’s planned successor, the GPS Position, Navigation and Timing System (GPNTS).
We support the Aircraft Carrier and Large Deck Amphibious Ship program office at PEO C4I, PMW 750 (Carrier and Air Integration). We are involved in Future Carriers program management support participating in technical reviews of all C4I systems planned for installation on Future Carriers.
Hampton Roads, VA
At SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic, we provide engineering, installation, logistics and management support to the In-Service Engineering Agent for NAVSSI and other shipboard navigation systems. We also support ship design and engineering at Naval Sea Systems Command Headquarters, NAVSEA 05, focused on C4I systems, their shipboard integration, and their interfaces with combat systems and with ship hull, machinery and engineering systems.
