DCS supports the US Navy surface ship community at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), their field offices, and associated Program Executive Offices (PEOs). We are actively engaged in development and upgrades to legacy shipboard systems, encompassing combat systems, systems integration, and software engineering tasks. Additionally we provide Acquisition and Program Management expertise for major system/subsystem developments and future ship programs.

Dahlgren, VA

DCS leads a team of engineers at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, with Combat Systems Certification Engineering and Cybersecurity Engineering for current and future ship programs including AEGIS Weapon and AEGIS Ballistic Missile Defense, Coast Guard and DDG1000 and Littoral Combat Ship.

San Diego, CA

We support the Communications and GPS Navigation Program Office at PEO C4I, PMW/A 170 (Communications) and SPAWAR’s Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD). DCS provides technical, programmatic and financial management support for the several GPS Navigation systems including Anti-Jam Antennas, GPS Modernization and the associated User Equipment, and the Navigation Sensor System Interface (NAVSSI) system. We also support development of NAVSSI’s planned successor, the GPS Position, Navigation and Timing Service (GPNTS).

Additionally, DCS employees working from San Diego support the USMC’s Aviation Logistics Support Ship (T-AVB) programs and the CNS/ATM Digital Aeronautic Flight Information File validation effort for the Naval Air Systems Command.

Hampton Roads, VA

At SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic, we provide engineering, installation, logistics and management support to the In-Service Engineering Agent for NAVSSI and other shipboard navigation systems.
