Lance Alsheimer serves as the Executive Vice President and Sector Manager for DCS’s Air‑Sea Forces Support sector. His responsibilities include advancing sector capabilities, leading top‑level operations reviews, and shaping performance and readiness initiatives tied to naval aviation, maritime systems support, and Air Force mission requirements. Since joining DCS in 1999, Lance has been a key contributor to the company’s growth and technical capabilities. He led expansion into new markets and broadened the division’s core service offerings, driving sustained organizational growth. His military career includes a decade in the United States Marine Corps as an aviator, piloting the AV‑8B Harrier and A‑4M Skyhawk, with combat flight experience in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm and more than 3,000 hours of Pilot‑in‑Command time across military and civilian aircraft.
Lance holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. His combined technical experience, operational leadership, and long‑standing commitment to advancing customer missions continue to guide his vision for the Air‑Sea Forces Support sector.
