Dayton, Ohio
DCS’s Dayton presence delivers an integrated suite of advanced engineering, simulation, manufacturing, and system development capabilities that directly support next‑generation Air Force programs. Located just minutes from Wright‑Patterson AFB, the local DCS team collaborates continuously with Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, the 711th Human Performance Wing, and multiple Air Force Research Lab directorates to accelerate modeling and simulation, applied research, software development, experimentation and testing, and rapid fielding for aerospace and defense missions. Our secure infrastructure and deep technical bench enable cross‑domain simulation, human systems engineering, advanced prototyping, and high‑fidelity evaluation, from early algorithm creation through mission‑system assessment.
Located nearby in Fairborn, Ohio, DCS subsidiary ARCTOS operates an Innovation Laboratory which serves as a dedicated center for developing, demonstrating, and transitioning advanced aerospace and defense technologies. The facility brings together deep technical expertise in rapid prototyping, material analysis, reverse engineering, and industrial automation. Its equipment includes specialized testbeds for additive manufacturing material and process development; industrial robots and cobots for process automation; computer vision and advanced metrology systems for parts and system inspection; metallurgical analysis and optical microscopy for materials characterization; and heavy lift and machine tools for prototyping and light production. From this location, teams support the design, evaluation, and productization of cutting-edge solutions to modernization, readiness, sustainment, and industrial base challenges.
