OASIS is a family of Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MA-ID/IQ) task order contracts for Government-wide professional service based requirements which is available for use by all Federal agencies (including all organizations within the DoD and National Security Community) and other entities as listed in the current GSA Order, ADM 4800.2G, Eligibility to use GSA Sources and Supply, as amended.
The U.S. Navy has awarded DCS a five-year indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide support services for all phases of naval ship and shipboard weapon systems acquisition and life-cycle support to the Naval Sea Systems Command, Navy Program Executive Offices and Navy Warfare Centers.
DCS holds a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) program to provide advisory and assistance services to the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), associated Program Executive Offices and Research Development & Engineering Center, other DoD customers and geographically separated units.
DCS was awarded an AMCOM EXPRESS Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) on April 28, 2009 as a Prime Contractor/Team Leader within the Technical Domain. This ID/IQ BPA covers a wide array of engineering and technical services required at the U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Life Cycle Management Command; including potential customers in PEO Aviation, PEO Missiles & Space, the associated Research, Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), and other agencies as approved by the Army Contracting Command at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Under EAGLE II, DCS will provide Independent Test, Validation, Verification, and Evaluation (IV&V) support to the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Information Technology Acquisition Center (ITAC). Under the contract, DCS will ensure that all IT products and services meet DHS standards and perform to defined design, cost, schedule, and performance specifications and capabilities.
